Please help me give my students learning materials for home and remote learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students are not able to leave their homes due to the quarantine in New York City. My student loved taking home their "book buddy bags" filled with books I've collected and purchased over the years, but they didn't know the last day they were in school would be the last day in the building until the following school year. I've created a virtual library, but they've often expressed the lack of interest for sitting by a computer for hours on end, and the limited materials (including books) at home. My students need tangible books to enjoy the beauty of reading! These wonderful books will bring them joy and brighten their day if only for a moment! These books will be mailed directly to my student's home.
