As a first year teacher with big plans in mind, you will be helping me provide my students with flexible seating. By allowing my students flexible seating options, I hope to make my classroom a place where students can focus, feel at home, and be themselves.
Having flexible seating gives students who struggle to sit still in a desk or regular chair the ability to wiggle or move around while learning. This helps students to be more comfortable in the classroom as well as helping them focus on their learning.
