I work in a district that is not well funded, and now more than ever, I want my students to know that they are important. I want them to look at a book and see characters who look like them, have the same kind of family as them, the same struggles and more. This project will help me create a book library for my students that will represent their cultures as well as other cultures and lessons that they might encounter. Thank you for your kind donation to our classroom library.
