We explore the world and learn about math and science with counters and measuring tools. Unfortunately, these tools cannot be shared currently. Please partner with me as we work to create a box for each student to use during our math lesson to compare lengths of real items students will encounter. As they first explore comparing and describing using mathematical measurement tools. Art supplies to create crafts to go along with our writing lessons. Did you know that "Sylvie" a character in a book ate different items to explore who she was? Whatever she ate, Sylvie became. She ate shrimps which made her who she was, a pink flamingo! Students will cut, glue, throw glitter on their magnificent creations to go along with their writing with the supplies placed in their own storage containers.
We want our kids to explore and create without the current circumstances getting in their way. Help us to to provide a safe way to learn and have fun without fear of getting ill.
