My school is fortunate enough to have a functioning Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. As the school counselor, I manage the PBIS program and our major student buy-in tool which is our school store, better known as the Bronco Store. My students are in need of items to restock the store. Students earn "Bronco Bucks" for exhibiting positive behaviors and even refraining from exhibiting unwanted behaviors. They then have the opportunity to spend their earned Bucks in our store. Please help me to get items worthy of their efforts.
Students love to be able to purchase small toys like trucks and fidget items and accessories like cowboy hats that support school spirit and encourage a sense of belonging. I have also noticed that students enjoy wearable items like scrunchies and fun socks. They also enjoy purchasing journals to doodle or write in during their free time at school. Please help me to get these items needed to restock the store and send a message to my students that positive behavior is worth the rewards.
