Not knowing what school will be like in the fall, I want to be prepared to to help my students reach new levels in their learning through a love of literacy. These books will make that possible in the classroom or through technology.
The picture books listed in this project will be used as mentor texts to teach reading, writing, and language skills.
The power behind picture books is that we can refer to them again and again as we continuously practice skills throughout the year.
I am excited to engage my readers with these thought-provoking texts that will be sure to spark discussions, curiosity, and imagination!
