Math stations provide an opportunity for students to practice and apply skills and strategies taught within the classroom. While students are engaged in purposeful math stations, I have the opportunity to work individually or with small, flexible groups to meet the individual needs of students. This provides opportunities for every student to make progress at his or her own pace. This involves creating centers that utilize technology, support collaboration, and provide different ways to demonstrate learning. We want to have fun while learning, and the materials I have selected will keep them engaged, and they can have fun doing it!
