The Kindles will help students use our new online platform, Seesaw, while being used in blended learning. The plan is to get them used to the platform while at school by learning how to submit and take pictures of their work and share it with their families. If schools should close down completely, the transition will be smooth if kids have already had this experience which makes it easier for parents. I am also hoping that the kids can get some more hands-on literacy materials to do during Centers to further differentiate instruction.
