I teach first grade. So much growth happens in this year, where my students go from reading small words like "cat" to words like "rainbow" with ease. Reading is a vital part of our daily routine. Read-alouds are a favorite part of the day. In light of all that is happening, I am working towards diversifying my classroom library. This is a big step towards a classroom library that is more reflective of my students. I want to do better and be better. Any donations are appreciated. Thank you for helping turn windows into mirrors for my students (and turn mirrors into windows for others).
