Students in my courses are wanting to learn more about the human body and careers associated with the health care field. The materials that I am requesting will help health science students further understand the anatomy of the human body. I requesting the human anatomy coloring book to allow students to learn more about the human body while being creative. The code blue simulation allows students to work in groups and learn more about the body systems.
Peer pressure can have a huge impact on high school students. I am requesting a dual lungs comparison kit to visually show students the effects of smoking. We can view healthy and damaged lungs. This simulation will visually show students what happens to our lungs if we choose to smoke.
