Over these past 3 years of teaching, I have collected as many books as I possibly can for my students in our classroom library. Collecting really quality mentor texts that anchor lessons is SO important (and can be quite expensive). I am trying to build my library with more diverse texts so all my students feel represented and are able to connect to books within our classroom! These texts can be so impactful for young children as they learn about kindness, acceptance and celebrating the uniqueness of everyone around them!

About my class
