The young adult books that I've requested are modern stories that can help my students feel for other people and open their minds to what others are going through. My students love to read, and having books that interests them will make them want to read more. My students deserve to see books that are about all parts of the world and from young adults of their own age. These books will help students not only with vocabulary, reading fluency, and comprehension, but also with making connections to others. I'm so excited to see what can happen when students read books that can change their lives.

About my class
