These items will be much appreciated by me as well as my students. These requested items will help my students in a variety of different ways, from organization materials to learning materials for all. To begin, I have chosen the TIME for Kids book set, because, from experience, I know that first-graders enjoy reading Non-Fiction books. This set has different topics and a range of levels for all of my students to enjoy. Also, this will be a staple during our non-fiction, informative writing unit. Next, because Spanish materials are so limited, I have chosen to buy two different calendars. I would love to have a pocket chart calendar in my classroom because it is more interactive, though, there is not an option for Spanish card inserts, therefore, I added a calendar with the Spanish card inserts. Lastly, I added the circle cushions because these will help in so many ways! My students can use them at their desks while being instructed or during independent reading timer to get comfy. Overall, I got many items that my cooperating teacher used in her classroom that I found to be very successful. I would really love to have them for my classroom and for my students to use as well.
