The students in my class all have special needs, including communication and self-care. They struggle with being able to communicate when they are feeling sick. Having a thermometer in the classroom will help me make sure they are 100% before they enter the classroom. Since my students have difficulty keeping a face mask on, the disposable face masks will be used when they can't use their cloth masks anymore. The extenders will be used to help make masks more comfortable to wear so my students can keep it on longer. The latex-free gloves will be used for when the students need to go to the bathroom with assistance and for cleaning/disinfecting the classroom every day.
