In my computer science students spend their time in class problem solving using multi-step algorithms and critical thinking. The students range from kindergarten to 5th, with the younger needing more experience and tangible objects to touch and feel. My goal is to give them experiences beyond looking at the ipad screen and give them something to use. The OSMO coding kits will give the younger grade level students the opportunity to use their hands, and sense of touch to connect with the problem and solve it. Not only will all grades enjoy this product, but it will bring so much more experience to the class.
