Students with dyslexia need a multi sensory approach to learning how to read. Providing hands on resources will help them develop skills in order to be effective decoders in their reading and spelling. Students need to build confidence in their abilities to make connections to letter and sounds in multiple ways. As they develop these skills, then they will be able to apply what they know to new skills in all areas of literacy. These resources will be valuable in helping them make those connections to help build their skills.
