I teach in a middle school 6-1-1 classroom, teaching them with my back to them using the smart board has its difficulties, I can't always see what they're doing. My students have mentioned to me multiple times that they would rather use and watch me teach them in different ways. Students have questions all the time! They expect answers right away. Going back and forth to different pages on the internet can be tricky and not quick. Especially using the school's internet. This document camera will help make my teaching quicker and easier. Students will be able to come up and help me help them! Middle school math needs a lot of resources and manipulatives and it can't always be done using the smartboard.
