Students in my classroom will benefit from the basic necessities for learning. This includes items such as crayons, watercolors, Playdough, construction paper, and glue. Providing students with these materials creates an equitable learning environment that most students take for granted. My students learn best through the use of hands-on materials, such as pattern blocks, geo-boards, tangrams, and linker-cubes where they not only develop literacy and math skills but can express their creativity. Chopsticks with trainers, pipe cleaners with beads, and scissors allow students to develop their fine motor skills. The storage containers will allow students to keep all their school learning materials in one safe place while learning from home.
