My students do not use text books for science and social studies. In the past I have difficulties collecting articles and adopting current events for my students different ability levels. Therefore, two sets of Time for Kids magazine will provide my students with an opportunity to learn about current events around the world at their functional levels. Scholastic News and Science Spin magazines will help me to introduce my students to similar topics with interesting activities. Those activities will promote a team work and motivate my students to learn. Also, we can have a lot of class discussions that will promote students' abilities to share with others what they have learned.
