I have a wonderful curriculum for Science that allows the students to learn about specific topics. Having "Time for Kids" in our classroom would give them the opportunity to read about current events happening all over the world. In addition, the articles and activities integrate all subjects. I can see the students' eyes light up, as they each hold their own colorful issues. With budgets being tight, the students often share materials. Can you see and hear the excitement, as they share the articles with each other? They will love sharing what they have read with the adult at home and show them, too.

About my class
