I currently have nine students in my special education classroom and they all have different learning styles. Not only do they have different learning styles but they also learn on different cognitive levels. Officially my students are in grades 3rd through 5th, however they are learning on a pre-k through 1st grade level.
I am asking for a variety of activities in academic, functional, and social skills to help my students achieve their goals. I have students who are non-verbal and need the extra encouragement and visuals to help with their language goals. The math counters, classroom supplies, and games to enhance my student's reading will greatly benefit these special children.
