We will be working with approximately 35 kids every day in small reading groups. We will be reading a new text, working with words, and writing about their reading daily. These items will help our students show up prepared for their daily zoom reading lessons. The colorful bins filled with supplies will be a place to hold everything necessary to help our students with their 30-minute zoom lesson. The whiteboard will help our students work with words and word families. The pencils and sharpies will help our students respond to the text in their writing journals. The highlighters will help them single out words for shared reading. This will help our students stay engaged virtually.
