I would really like to get a large magnetic whiteboard for my distance learning classroom. This will give me the freedom to quickly put up and move around learning materials with magnets and write on the board. This will allow students to get a good mix of teaching through technology and what it will often look like in the classroom. When using a document camera, I am very limited in the amount of space I can use. In contrast, this whiteboard provides my entire background as a work/learning space!
Unfortunately, My 5th-grade students and I will begin the year with distance learning. I am so sad that we will not have the opportunity to start the school year together in our classroom. Regardless of our current circumstances, I want to do all that is in my power to make it a fantastic school year!
