Working towards improvement of the social emotional health of my psychology students. These materials would go towards introducing and expanding the idea of mindfulness and meditation into the classroom through virtual reality. The combined use of technology and meditation will open the students eyes to the idea of controlling your own mental health. Students will never be free of technology. I intend to incorporate new age virtual reality to blend mindfulness and tech to help students impacted by mental health issues. The results will be a blend of new school approaches to changing the mental mindset of my students.
