Working with preschoolers it is important to have a variety of materials to keep their interest and inspire their minds. With the toys I have selected we will work on expanding vocabulary by naming a variety of items, categorizing and description tasks. These toys will also help facilitate a wide range of language tasks from simple one to two word requests to sequencing tasks for some of the higher language learners. Articulation, fluency and language comprehension will also be all be targeted through play activities that keep the students motivated to communicate.
