Hi I am a first year teacher at a Title I school and have limited supplies starting off. I want to give my students the opportunity to have their own set of headphones to help limit the spread of germs. I also am trying to provide them each with their own pencil box filled with personal supplies so the students are sharing materials. I want my classroom to be a safe place for the students and I want their parents to know I will be doing everything I can to stop the spread of germs (Covid-19) in our classroom. All of these supplies will not only help me as a first year teacher but will allow the parents to not have to stress about not being able to afford the supplies we are needing in the classroom. I also added face mask into this project to have extra in the classroom, in case students show up to school without one, I will be able to provide them with one without it being a big issue.
