Our district has instructed us that all science labs will either be teacher demonstration this year, or students will need their own materials- NO SHARING ALLOWED! Fizzle... Sizzle... Bubble...Crackle... My students love chemical changes. This year instead of working with their lab group, they will get to create their own chemical change with vinegar, baking soda and balloons, I love when my students are able to explain how they know a chemical change has occurred with the creation of a new substance. Learning science through hands-on inquiry is life changing.
