My students love Storyworks! Every issue hits all genres and contains topics engaging to children their age. My students are diverse and at all different academic levels so Storyworks supports them with differentiated levels and content as well as audio of the readings. This material helps students of all levels experience reading success at school and at home. The book One Crazy Summer will be our passport to learning about the history of civil rights. This Coretta Scott King award winning book will also help us connect the civil rights fight of the past to current issues of race and give us forum to discuss together.
