I would like to buy a set of multicultural crayons for every student in my school. After reading an article about a little girl who did not have the correct color crayon with which to color a picture of herself, it dawned on me that many children at my school might feel the same way. This is such an unprecedented year in so many ways, I would like to intentionally focus on all the good in the world and celebrate diversity. As a school, we have a mission, to be safe, respectful and responsible in ALL areas of our lives. This project will go a long way in teaching our mission as is relates not only to our own selves, but to the world.

About my class
