Resources in this project will help my students be engaged in their learning by building and exploring with letters and numbers. Items such as interactive boards will help students engage in their learning by writing letters and numbers without having to find a dry erase marker. Students can use items for letter recognition and changing letter sounds.
Hands on learning is engaging learning. These manipulatives will help my students make connections and interact with the content. This will help build up their self-confidence and help them meet their goals while being engaged. A specific example would be that my students can use word family flipbooks to assist with out phonics curriculum.
