Because of social distancing guidelines, a lot of the ways that we recognize students has to be done in more creative, alternative ways. Having these tools will allow us to continue to honor students for the hard work they do! And rebuild our sense of community. Our teachers love to recognize students and my role is to provide them easy and fun ways to do so, while still being safe and socially distanced! I would love to support our school and have a lot of options for our staff to use. One of the main things we are excited to initiate is an opportunity to celebrate seniors who have been accepted to a college or trade school, or enlisted in the military. We are going to set up different areas around the office where students can take their photo. Since it prints out instantly with the camera, they can hang it up right away.
