One of my goals for my physical education class has been to make working out fun and not be viewed to the students as a chore. With a projector and screen to have lessons on, the opportunities are endless. We can learn dance choreography, practice yoga, and do workouts with professional athletes. How cool is that? Using technology in the gym is another way to connect to this generation of students. Making the class as engaging as possible, the students will be more willing to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
My hope is that we a have a new generation of kids that want to live an active life and be role models for the ones to come. I am constantly searching and learning for ways to better my students' physical education experience, and this technology will help me accomplish that goal.
