Students will be able to have an opportunity to learn to play the ukulele. Students will learn about the different components of the ukulele, how to strum, various chords, and how to play simple songs. There are fabulous resources available in our online curriculum, and students will be able to check out ukuleles for extra practice at home. Should we have to transition to online learning again, students may also be able to check out ukuleles during that time as well. One of my goals for the year includes having a musical showcase, where students can present what they have learned throughout the year.
