Typically, I would spend the first few weeks of school building classroom expectations, developing relationships and rapport with my students and helping the students make positive connections with each other. Because we will be starting the school year exclusively online, I will need to implement more creative ways of doing this virtually through zoom calls, the SeeSaw platform, and connecting with families individually. I have found some wonderful digital resources on Teachers Pay Teachers to help me do this more efficiently and in an engaging way, without me having to write and create digital curriculum.
