This year we are starting the school year in our classroom AND we might be switching to distant learning. We will need some supplies for science and math exploration for both places. We need to make oilcloth sit-upons so the students will sit without getting wet. Comfort allows children to engage. We need individual sets of science and math tools and manipulatives as children will not b allowed to share materials in school because of 6 feet of social distancing expectations.
Our class also needs lots of additional books for our children to share AND if we go to remote, library access will likely be limited again. At school, teachers can easily share books but for distant learning access to quality materials is imperative!
