These materials will make a great difference in my students' learning because it will provide them with rich reads that will not only help their vocabulary grow, but open their minds to the art of reading. It is very important for young students to expand their minds through books because reading is the quickest way to learn language, culture, vocabulary, and information. I have chose a great variety of books that will ensure all of this. Because we are learning virtually, our read aloud time is one of the most important times of our daily meetings. It is probably the most interactive portion of our learning. I want to make sure that my students receive the most out of their learning even though we aren't face to face right now and these books will give them tons of information to soak up as they enjoy themselves immersed in these wonderful stories and texts.
