Like many other schools in these turbulent times, we are going to begin our year virtually. Teachers present lessons online to all students. We work with small groups of students on their individual skills-all through the wonders of technology. Students also have to complete assignments virtually and can read stories or play educational games that track their progress as well.
Our students do not have access to technology at home. We were virtual this spring and had very limited participation from our students because they simply did not have a computer at home that they could use to complete assignments. Some families had a computer but several siblings had to share, and it was hard to set all of our kiddos up for success.
Help us bring equity to our scholars. Help us make sure they continue to learn and thrive educationally!
