I teach a Community Based Instruction Program for adults with developmental delays. We help students with job placement, community navigation and independent living skills. Of our 63 students, about 1/3 are medically fragile and require more hands-on learning. Distance learning has been difficult, if not impossible, for this group of students. The hands-on kits I am requesting allow students hands-on practice with community tools, health and safety and independent living. These kits would be able to be cleaned properly and rotated between student homes. Please help our amazing CBI students!!!
