With the use of anchor charts, the students will be able to share ideas. We can always go back and refer to the charts. I will be able to model and show them examples of how activities will be done from home. Students will be able to interact and I will be able to put their valuable ideas in writing. They are always sharing excellent answers and it will give them confidence and encourage them to keep interacting when they see their ideas in writing displayed in the classroom.
By using the Number of the Day, students will learn the numbers even when they are learning from home. I will be able to model and encourage students to share the ways that numbers are represented. Also, we will be able to count the days of school. Since my students are Spanish speaking, they will be able to grow their English vocabulary in math.
I believe that these materials will help us, as a team, have resources in our class that will help with instruction, writing, math, visuals, etc.
