These items will provide students with the opportunity to grow in not only their education but their mental health. These items will support social and emotional learning by teaching unique strategies to cope with different emotions through the use of these items. If a student is feeling overwhelmed, they can go to a stress relief station to cool down and get out some of their anxiety. Students will be able to choose from a variety of stress relieving objects to help them clear their mind and will be able to refocus back on the lesson or task at hand.

About my class
