I teach Spanish 1 and this year I am going to be teaching Spanish 3. I want add in materials students can read for pleasure during in-class time. No matter their level in Spanish, I want to demonstrate to students that they can read another language no matter where they are beginning. For the Spanish 1 students, I would incorporate this in the second semester, so they have a basic foundation. Reading helps us all learn, and I want them to begin to feel more confident in the Spanish language.
