My students and I will be starting distance learning in three weeks. This will be difficult for all of us. It will be challenging to establish routines and the enrichment that I am able to provide in our school setting. As a part of our new routine, I am hosting a daily Morning Meeting with my students, which includes our daily read aloud, games and art activities. I'm excited to try new projects with my students while they are learning at home. In order to do that, we all need to have the same supplies. We all need our own watercolors, paper, pencils and hexbugs. We will be painting together, and using the hexbugs to build community and practice problem solving. Thank you for considering our project. I am really excited to get to know my students and build our classroom community!
