My students will be reading these books as a part of their reading goal for the year. Students will be able to select a book from the Battle of the Books list and bring them back and forth from school to home. My students need these books to give them a variety of choices! They will also be participating in a 40 book challenge for the school year and will be recognized for each book they finish on this specific list. The main characters of these books come from many different backgrounds, so each student can find a character to relate to.
