I have been a bilingual teacher for the greater part of my nearly three decade career. I am currently teaching a third grade Spanish Immersion Program classroom at John Blacow Elementary School in Fremont, CA. I take great pride in being a good influence in student's lives and being a part of their educational and personal development journey. I feel that my effort in the classroom is a continuation of the hard work of the student's first ateachers: their parents. I have always been proud of my Latino heritage and of my Spanish language and always find great happiness sharing my language and culture with all of my students and families. My current classroom is composed of 23 amazing learners representing many cultures, all students eager to learn Spanish or English as their second or even third language!
