At the beginning of every school year, we see our students come in with a little bit of excitement and a little bit of hesitation. They are coming in with excitement knowing that they are back with their friends and are going to be learning something new. However, they often come in with a sense of hesitation as they do not have the means to bring in the necessary supplies that will make their learning successful. With this new year of uncertainty upon us, it is important that each student has a collection of supplies that will reduce the need to share with their peers.
My hope is that each second grade student will have the necessary supplies both at school and at home to make their learning successful.
By providing these crayons, markers, glue and scissors, each second grader will have a collection of supplies to call their own.
About my class
