We all had an interesting ending to the 2019-2020 school year, because the school closed due to the virus. This year, we will be starting the 1st Quarter remotely for everyone's safety. It is my dream to have this project funded so that we can all have a successful year despite the situation
As a new ELL teacher in this school, I'm excited to be able to establish a strong foundation for their English Language development even though we will be learning online. I want to be able to use the book binder and 3 hole puncher to make them books and materials that I will drop off for them on their door step.
I need the light, tripod, dry erase board and post-it paper pads to use during my online lessons. This way things will be appealing to the eye and I have access to the same tools I would use in class. When we return to the school, these items would come with me.
The pocket chart, posters, books and games will be used to support their skills while making learning fun for them. On top of things being different, it's important that learning is accessible and something they can look forward to in their day. I will be co-teaching in 6 classes and I'd like the adult educational books to make sure I'm up to par on what I can do to best serve the children.
Please know how much your support means to me and my 70 students!
