Our school currently does not have a very strong technology presence in our classrooms. These tablets will allow my students to further their love of reading, provide opportunities for extra practice in math, and will allow students to create and share through easy-to-use technology tools!
My students love getting to use technology, but the current technology available to them is not so user-friendly for my first graders. These tablets would allow them to utilize the applications they know and love but in a much more simplistic way; allowing them more time to explore the resources and less time navigating the technology itself.
I also want to provide more opportunities for my students to research, create their own presentations, and share their learning with their peers.
These tablets would allow my students to be more independent with their use of technology while also allowing them to continue to utilize their favorite applications and would open up many new possibilities for them to create and share their learning and ideas.
