I have discovered that middle school students have two speeds, Go and Stop. If students are not comfortable, they will either get up and roam the room looking for ways to stay active or will be bored and unfocused.
My goal is to provide students with every tool possible to feel excited and engaged in the classroom. My students love to have additional seating options other than the standard desk chair. Let's face it, us teachers don't enjoy sitting in those chairs either. Please help me support the whole child by supplying students with comfortable and appropriate seating for their age.
