These materials will help me as a first-year teacher adjust lessons online to better address and challenge the needs of each individual student in my class. With the help of Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards, I will be able to purchase activities specifically created for distance learning that will support my students who need extra support, as well as challenge those who need challenged further.
I will also be able to incorporate fun, interactive games for my students to bond with one another and create a classroom community even through the challenges of distance learning.
The resources I will purchase will be crafted by teachers who are well-versed with technology and have created online tools and toys that make learning fun while still effective. This will be especially beneficial for my students with special needs who will require specific accommodations.
