This is my first year teaching and right now my classroom is completely bare. I have nothing on the walls or on the floor for my little first graders. Please help me make my classroom a place where they will feel safe and comfortable to come and be themselves. Making my room cozy is a way that I can help relate to my students, build better relationships, and earn their trust. It might sound silly, but a student would feel much more loved in a cozy classroom than they would in a room with four white walls and no rugs or lamps.

About my class
